Mamas Wisdom Circle is a collection of resources and services dedicated to the support, celebration, honoring and nourishing of mothers, babies, grandmothers, and their families and friends.
Mamas Wisdom Circle is guided by Yeshi Neumann, midwife for almost 40 years, mother, grandmother, teacher, counselor, speaker and community leader.
Soon after our home birth, my son was hospitalized. I felt so much rage and grief from the experience that I went to Yeshi with little hope that she would be able to make a difference in just one session.I was wrong. Not only did she help me to release my anger, she helped me let go of the guilt that I didn't know I was feeling. The best result of all this is that it's brought me closer to my son. I had no idea that my grief and guilt was driving a wedge between me and my baby, and now that I've released those emotions, I am able to thoroughly enjoy my baby and enjoy the pleasures of being a mom.
